I recently took part in the News 9 Media Star, South India’s biggest Anchor Hunt show, conducted by the Tv9 – News 9 Network.

I won the award “Voice of Class” for having the best voice among all contestants :-)

My friends in Bangalore religiously tune in to my shows every time i’m on air. Yet there are some of you who cant catch my shows due to very valid reasons :-) …and of course my many friends out of Bangalore really do crib about not being able to tune in…. :-)

I had planned to attend the program with my wife, but to my pleasant surprise, i was invited to be the MC for the show. Quite naturally, i grabbed the opportunity with open arms :-)

A26, a band from Goa rocked the evening with some non-stop dance, retro and Goan numbers, and i added to the fervour with my MCing :)
